1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services offered by noho90 through the website noho90.one or our mobile app, you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form a comprehensive agreement between you and noho90. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts, as well as forfeiture of any remaining balances.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. noho90 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or account termination.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. noho90 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members

4Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

All games offered on the noho90 platform — including Live Casino, Slots, bingo, and Sports Betting — are subject to their respective game rules. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• Game results finalised by the system cannot be disputed unless there is clear technical evidence of a system error
• Noho90 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure game fairness

• Making any false claims or providing misleading information to the support team
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account

8Account Termination & Suspension

Noho90 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the noho90 customer support team. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be refunded in accordance with standard procedures.

9Liability Limits

Noho90 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability. However, we strive to maintain platform uptime exceeding 99.9% at all times.

• Noho90 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform
• Losses arising from internet disruptions, device failures, or technical issues on the user's end are the user's own responsibility

• Noho90's maximum liability to any member is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim
